Cancellation Policy

At Bartram Med Spa & Salon, we value your time and our providers’ time. To ensure the highest level of service to all clients, we require the following cancellation policy:

 

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee equaling 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-shows (failure to arrive for an appointment without notice) may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or forfeiture of the appointment, at the discretion of the provider, and may still be subject to fees.

  • Certain services, packages, or promotions may have non-refundable deposits.

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments.

At the time of booking, guests may choose to provide credit card information by phone or through our secure online authorization form. You can request to have the form sent to you via email by contacting us directly at (904) 899-1234 or info@bartramspa.com.

 

For security reasons, we do not recommend sending credit card details via email.

When the secure form is used, the card information is stored on file for reservation-related purposes, including cancellations, no-shows, or other charges permitted under our policies. Card information will remain on file unless the guest requests its removal, subject to any outstanding obligations.
