Do I need an appointment?


Appointments are recommended to ensure availability, but walk-ins are welcome when possible.

How do I book an appointment?


You can book online, by phone, or in person. Online booking is available 24/7 using the Mindbody App.

What is your cancellation policy?

At Bartram Med Spa & Salon, we value your time and our providers’ time. To ensure the highest level of service to all clients, we require that appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

Yes! Please let us know your preference when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What services do you offer?

What’s the difference between a day spa and a medical spa?


A day spa focuses on relaxation and beauty services, while a medical spa offers advanced aesthetic treatments performed or supervised by licensed medical professionals.

We offer both!

Do you offer consultations?


Yes, consultations are available and recommended, especially for medical or results-driven treatments.

Will I receive aftercare instructions?


Yes, aftercare guidance will be provided to help you maintain and maximize your results.

What should I expect during my first visit?


Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and relax before your service.

What should I wear?


Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Robes and shoes will be provided for applicable treatments.

What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept cash, major credit cards, and select digital payment options.

 

Do you accept insurance?


Most spa services are not covered by insurance. Some medical treatments may qualify. We recommend contacting your health insurance provider to verify coverage.

Do you offer memberships or packages?


Yes, we offer service packages and membership options designed to provide savings and exclusive perks.
