If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us at (904) 899-1234 as soon as possible.
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and personal checks with valid ID. Payment is due at the time of service. We also offer financing through CareCredit and Cherry for some treatments.
