How far ahead should I make my appointment?
In order to guarantee the availability of your preferred time and service, we suggest making your appointment 1-2 weeks in advance. Please keep in mind that Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are our busiest days.
Do I have a choice between a male or female spa technician?
Please note your preference at the time you are making reservations. We cannot guarantee requests for male or female therapists, however we will make every attempt to honor your preference.
Is there an age minimum for spa services?
Yes, our professional medical spa services are designed for guests ages 18 years of age and over.
When should i arrive prior to the appointment?
15-20 minutes. Earlier if you wish to use the steam room or sauna.
How long should I allot for each service?
The length of our hair and beauty treatments and hair salon services will vary from service to service with 30-50 minutes being the average range.
