Bartram Spa & Salon strives to provide the highest level of client care and respect client's time in our office. Our office does not over-schedule our clinic and salon and, therefore, will require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.

In addition, clients arriving more than 30 minutes after the appointment start time may not be admitted to the spa or salon and considered a no-show. This policy allows our office to function efficiently and provide the best care to all of our clients.

The following conditions will result in a $50 fee charged to the patient's account; the fee will be $100 for surgery appointments, $250 for cosmetic clinic appointments and $50 for aesthetic appointments. If the client fails to show for an appointment, the client arrives more than 30 minutes late and is not admitted to the spa or salon, the patient cancels or changes the appointment with less than 24-hrs notice, and the appointment slot cannot be filled.
