Returns & Exchange Policy

At Bartram Med Spa and Salon, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on retail products.

Because we are a medical facility, we maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards. Many of our skincare and haircare products are recommended and provided to patients following medical and aesthetic procedures. For the protection of our patients, any product that leaves our facility cannot be restocked or resold under any circumstances.

To ensure cleanliness and product integrity, all items sold are required to remain unopened and unused. Once a product has been purchased and has left our facility, we cannot verify proper storage, handling, or tampering. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.

If you believe you have received a defective product, you may be eligible for an exchange. All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to determine whether a product meets the qualifications for exchange.
